I started where a lot of our partners are today, working hard for someone else's paycheck. Eventually I decided to bet on myself and went out on my own. Since then I've owned and operated several small businesses. I've also spent more than a decade leading maintenance and operations for multifamily real estate across Washington, managing large teams of service employees and contractors.

That work put me on the customer's side of the trades we partner with. I've hired and managed turnover crews, landscapers, flooring installers and snow removal contractors, and I know what property owners expect from the companies they keep calling back. I've also watched small businesses grow into large ones and seen what that takes. That real-world experience is what I bring to every partnership.

Outside of work, I'm a dad to eight-year-old twins. We're an active family. Most weekends you'll find us camping, out on a hiking trail or planning our next vacation, and some of my favorite days are the simple ones where we're just spending time together. My kids are a big part of why I do this. I want them to grow up seeing that hard work, paired with the right opportunity, can build something that lasts.
