67° North Partnership Group ("67° North", "we", "us") runs this website to find and get to know people interested in becoming operating partners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information only to consider you for a partnership, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, contact details, city or area, and your answers about your experience, goals and availability.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, the page that referred you, and your IP address. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags, we record which campaign it was so we know which ads reach the right people.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether to contact you
• To contact you about the opportunity using the method you prefer
• To protect the site and the application form from spam and abuse
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find us and how the site performs

We don't use your application for any other purpose, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your application is read only by the people at 67° North who review candidates.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Netlify: hosts the website, receives and stores submitted applications in a private account, and filters out spam
• Our email provider: we receive a copy of each application by email so we can review it promptly
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if we advertise there, we may use Meta's measurement tools to learn whether our ads lead to applications. This does not share your application answers with Meta.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and saved drafts

While you fill out the application, your answers are saved in your own browser on your device, so you don't lose them if you're interrupted. That draft stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you submit. It's deleted once your application goes through, and you can also remove it by clearing your browser data.

Our website itself doesn't use tracking cookies. If we use Meta's advertising tools, Meta may set cookies to measure ad performance; you can control these through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep applications while we're evaluating candidates and for up to two years afterward, in case a future partnership is a better fit. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

How we protect it

Applications are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a private account that isn't publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people who review candidates. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page along with the effective date.
